Research and analysis
I have always been intrigued by the 'research' and the 'why' part of designing. This interest drove me to pursue Design Management. User Research is my favorite part of the design process as in this part I get to learn and observe new things from the users' perspective.
Empathy
Designing is not just about the form or the art it is also about the psychology behind it. I try to understand more about how feelings, thoughts, and actions can be improved through good design.
Value for business
Due to my accounting and finance background and work experience in the industry, I always try to create value through design thinking. I have observed that at the end of the day it is all about integrating design and business strategy for long-term advantages.
